Yearly Cleanings / Tune-Ups
Your Hvac system is a lot like your car. Keeping up on your
yearly inspection and oil changes will insure your vehicles long life: the
same with your heating and air conditioning equipment. Scheduling
an annual cleaning for your unit will make it last and will keep it
running at it's best.
Some preventative maintenance that you can do yourself
are changing your filter every month. Every few months,
pouring some bleach & water mix down your condensate drain
and covering up your air conditioning condenser over the
winter.
